The story behind the name: Ivie loves plush toys; they're her favorite. Years ago, her dad gave her a pink dog with white and dark pink heart-shaped spots. Ivie was thrilled with the dog—it was love at first sight. Her dad asked, "What will you name him?" And without hesitating, she replied, "Flucos." Her dad was confused and asked again to be sure: "What are you going to name him?" She repeated, "Flucos, Dad. His name is Flucos." From that day on, Flucos became part of the family. Ivie would sleep, eat, watch TV, and play with Flucos.
